St. Timothy Circuit Riders is an exciting ministry that not only offers fellowship of motorcycle riders, but an opportunity to serve as well. St. Timothy Circuit Riders is a way for people with an interest in motorcycles to get involved in church. We participate in a number of missions events all year long. We are also looking at building small groups out of this motorcycle community. From April through November, St. Timothy Circuit Riders rides Saturday as well as some Sunday rides. Contact Dutch Price or Robert Chance for more info. Visit the circuit blog to find out ride times.

Wesley Groups are an ongoing Small Group Ministry focused on growing Christian Relationships through Bible study, Sharing one’s faith and service to others. EVANGELISM

How can we be a doer of the Word in evangelism?

Pray - Pray as Paul did in Colossians 4:3 that God would open to us a door for the word. So pray for an open door for a relative, neighbor, friend, co-worker or complete stranger.

Ask God for courage - Now ask God for the courage. The early disciples did this in the midst of persecution. In II Timothy 1:7 Paul says, For God didn’t give us the spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind. Doers of the Word! That is what God desires us to be in evangelism. Honor Him with your obedience and watch Him honor you with results.

Here at St. Timothy evangelism comes in many forms.

As Greeters you can simply stand at the doors leading into the sanctuary and greet each person as they come to church and let them see the light of Jesus Christ shine through you to warm their soul.

Ushers that hand bulletins to those entering the worship service have the opportunity to hand them information on our church with a smile.

Mentoring families just sit in their pews waiting for new visitors to be placed with them for the service so that they don’t feel alone and lost.

Golf cart drivers have a captive audience when they pick up worshipers on Sunday mornings starting their St. Timothy experience with laughter, joy and guidance.

Parking lot greeters ensure our new visitors and members find just the right parking spot and radio for a golf cart to pick them up. What a great service that is.

Tour guides stand at strategic places on the campus to provide assistance guiding new visitors to their destination. Tour guides also provide information about St. Timothy to new visitors and members on activities of the day, week and month.
